Located in Midlothian, Virginia, Bluefish Grill is a family owned Asian Fusion restaurant. Bluefish Grill opened in 2016 and creates sushi, seafood, and Asian cooking. The extensive menu is packed with sushi rolls, bowls, sandwiches, salads, and seafood entrees making it a great experience and restaurant for everyone's taste buds!
Hours: Monday through Saturday: 11:30AM - 2:00PM | 5:00PM - 8:30PM and closed on Sunday.

2. Fuji Sushi
Fuji Sushi opened in 2007 and are a locally owned, family friendly restaurant, open for dinner and lunch daily. Guests love the nice portions and the variety of traditional dishes of sushi and also the choice of bento boxes, hibachi lunch and sushi options. Fuji Sushi has delicious hand rolls, and the quality of the food is great. Check out the menu to have an idea of lunch and dinner options at Fuji Sushi. It is the perfect spot if you are looking for a later meal in the Midlothian area during the week especially.
Hours: Closed Tuesdays but open 11-1030 on weekends and 11-930 during the week. It is a hidden gem and great spot for a Saturday night sushi date and the wait is never long!

Enjoy the best fresh sushi at such a reasonable price. Grab miso soup to start and then enjoy specialty rolls and teriyaki, hibachi, noodles and rice, and poke bowl options. Hiro Sushi is a casual restaurant vibe with friendly staff. Regular customers will tell you that it is the best quality sushi and a great place to go for lunch and dinner with no wait and rave reviews. Katana Sushi is one of my very favorite small restaurant sushi options in Richmond. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Katana has the best sushi bar along with delicious teriyaki, soup and salad, and so many sushi roll options. The pieces of sushi are always fresh, and their special rolls are delicious. The shrimp tempura rolls here are my favorite!
Hours: Katana Sushi is open 6 days a week and closed on Mondays. Katana Sushi is open for lunch 11-230pm and dinner 4-930pm Thursday through Sunday and for only dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday.
