Food at Chez Foushee

The menu is seasonal and changes monthly, making this a must stop destination regularly.  While I was there, we started with fried oysters, compatible cocktails, Steak Frites, and ended with a great dessert and tea.  We had a hard time deciding on food and drinks, so my date allowed the staff to surprise her with everything she ate and they knocked it out of the park every single time. Even as a picky eater, its hands down the best meal I have ever had in my entire life.  Not exaggerating at all, Chez Foushee knows what its doing and executed perfectly.  I'm still dreaming about the oysters, seriously.   While the menu will change, visitors will love the she crab soup, 

Happy Hour Wednesday - Friday 5-7pm at the bar is a great way to grab small plates and a delicious beverage and catch-up post work with a friend.  You will not want to leave after stepping inside.  The entire vibe is like stepping into the most beautiful and warm and inviting space and feeling immediately comfortable.

Service

From the friendly greeting at the door to the attentive table service, the staff at Chez Foushee excel in making guests feel valued and cared for. The waitstaff are knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that all dietary needs are accommodated.  The female run kitchen is knocking it out of the park, well of course, its all female!  The in-house staff all shared how lovely it is to work at Chez Foushee.  

Chez Foushee's menu is a delightful journey through seasonal french cuisine with a hint of Southern charm. The menu changes which in my mind is the perfect excuse to go back regularly to see what each new concept is!
